“ Almost every employee is a star! Best Subway in Vegas and Henderson. Just went in there today 52818 7pm and was greeted kindly by a young gentleman. He smiled and was very polite. He was clearly aware of what amazing customer service looked like. There was another employee there but she wasnt as good. She low key saw the young guy helping me out and jumped in acting like she was the only one who works. She didnt smile and probably wont last long anywhere where she might have to deal with customers but even tho she kinda sucked it worked out because the other came for a nice save by talking to me and actually smiling and showing a more appreciative attitude and I mentioned how itd be nice if I could leave a tip on the receipt the girl argued it with me saying how she wouldnt know how to split it between her and that guy and the obvious answer is my tip would be given to the guy because he knows customer service wayyyyy better. She should practice smiling, greeting customers and treating her coworkers like theyre her partners not her competition. She lacks a lot. Shouldve caught that guys name. Someone should pat him on the back for remaining professional the whole time that girl talked out of her ass. Just walked myself back in to give the lovely guy a tip and when I asked his name is Anthony! Mad respect to him for being as awesome as he is! thank god google let me update this just now! ”
